Nicholaos S. Galakis Is President responsible for strategy, business development, product and services development and industry innovation.

With over 25 years experience in some of the world’s leading insurance companies and agencies, he brings extensive risk control expertise in property and casualty loss prevention and client management. His loss control experience includes: Chubb & Son, Northbrook Property and Casualty and in international loss control, with Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance Company, one of the world’s leading multi-billion-dollar insurance organizations. In addition to loss control, he managed all aspects of broker relations and customer service including technology support, technical services, underwriting, claims, loss control and relationship growth. Nick now heads AXIA Risk Management Services.

Terrence Rippon is Vice President and Manager of Detectives for AXIA Investigations.

He has been in law enforcement for over 30 years, Graduating from the role of police officer to detective, investigating homicides, robbery and narcotics violations . Over the course of his career, he has received extensive training in investigations, interviewing, interrogation techniques and surveillance. He has held a Private Detective’s license since 2012 and today is responsible for investigation services management, quality reporting and private detective supervision.

Michele Shraga is AXIA’s customer solutions manager.

She oversees the daily operations and client processing support to assure reliability and increasing customer satisfaction.
Her excellent communication and organization skills have been a major asset in building trust- based relationships over the past decade with various clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Her wealth of experience coupled with her desire to invest in the needs of every client make her a true asset to the team. We are delighted to have her onboard to service AXIA clients.
